As Cliff Robotnik said, I really did NOT have much of an idea for Peridot's whole redemption arc. Of course I also really don't have much of an idea for most anything I do with this and am flying by the seat of my pants with nearly everything.

If Peridot's redemption gets skimmed over a bit for the sake of plot, that's alright- it seems like the way it plays out in the show might not be fully possible given that in this comic, we went straight from Friend Ship to Catch and Release because of Steven rolling really well and getting Peridot to join him.

Woo, I got attention!

But yeah, sometimes certain episodes, characters, or plot points do not serve the comics narrative, and have to be glossed over, to get to things the author can gleam more inspiration from, lest you succumb to writers block.

Writers block helps no-one.

My friends DM very seldomly due to Writers block, or the PCs find a solution the DM never expected and invalidated half a campaign... Or in several cases, I guess a major plot point or twist before the game even starts, invalidating the things entire point.

"The Microcosm Campaign" being one such an event... Comes from bingeing TVtropes like a psychopaths.

On my end, I rarely get writers block, as I can reliably pull plots, characters, twists and items out of my ass and make it look like it was all planned... No my games only ever end if me,nor any of the players, get bored of it... More often then not, it's me.

I either shelve it for later, if I think I just need a breakor make a "Closure Synopsis" to explain everything yet unsolved, and give a epilogue... I find that the best way to prematurely end a campaign.

My one weakness as a DM is I fucking suck at normal loot, which means anything that's not some badass custom rare or very rare quality magic item minimum XD

... Okay that rambling tangent about writers block was born from insomnia and sleep deprivation, good night!
