Janine is Damien, from DnDAangvanced, sister. She was mentioned back at the end of Heroes and Hooligans as the 'Daughter' Ms. Weers as opposed to the mother Mary. And as far as why...Phoebe already said. She really wants a second fight with Centipeetle.
