I really like the gag from D&DAangvanced involving Rick and Red Vines so figured be amusing to give Marceline a candy crush...in the form of this loving reference to Gravity Falls. Vote Trembley!

I think smile dip was based on that sugar dip candy. I can't recall the name, but googling reveals I'm probably thinking of Fun Dip/Lick-a-stix: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fun_Dip Stuff is pure sugar and will cause a major sugar rush... particularly if you were to down the bag rather than slowly licking and dipping the stick like you're supposed to.

Not quite yet as far as I know. Which isn't saying much. I don't know a lot. Like I didn't know I accidentally gave Steven a goatee until Deadpan pointed it out.

A quick Google didn't turn up any, which is a shame as it seems like it would lend itself VERY well to one. Especially in a setting involving conspiracies or something (having never played I don't know if such a thing exists)
