Uh, what does her being, or not being, a homeworld gem have to do with this?
I mean, it's an item, would that affect Phoebe knowing about it?
Access to said item more than anything else and how a person generally will not pore over every single item on the list especially when it's unavailable to their build. At least not most people. Or at least not Phoebe.
Ah, yeah, that makes sense.
Guess I tend to at least skim through all of my options, and I like to understand how the system works, but I also tend to GM so that likely colors my approach.
